Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Australian shipping
Orders under $100: $12.95 standard shipping
Orders $100 and over: free standard shipping

Most Australian orders arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional areas can take a little longer.

International shipping (standard)
New Zealand: $22.95
Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore): $27.95
USA and Canada: $30.95
UK and Europe: $36.95
United Arab Emirates: $44.95

All prices are in Australian dollars. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll let you know if we can deliver to you.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by their country.

Delivery address
Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped. We don't currently ship to PO Boxes.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the item and we'll make it right. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll help you lodge a claim with the carrier.
